In accordance with Texas Election Code §161.006 – 008; "I swear that I have not voted in a primary election or participated in a convention of another party during this election year. I hereby affiliate myself with the ____DEMOCRATIC____ Party."

FURTHERMORE, In accordance with Texas Election Code §161.005; "I swear that I am a qualified voter in my election precinct and I am not a candidate for nomination or election to, or holder of, an elective office of the federal, state, or county government."

AND, I also understand that according to Texas Election Code §171.023.(c); precinct boundaries may be subject to change (effective Feb 1st) prior to the primary election, and this may affect my eligibility to remain in the office for which I am applying.

Your application will automatically be delivered to the BCDP Precinct Recruitment And Training Committee for review.
The committee meets on the first Monday of each month to review applications.
A representative of the committee will contact you with additional next steps.
