Target Audience: All VAN users

Access the login screen at votebuilder.com or texasvan.com.

You will see the following screen:

Click   Log in with ActionID >>  button to access the ActionID login screen.

Enter the email address to which you received the Bexar County VAN invitation and the password you established when creating your ActionID account as described in Gaining Access to VAN FAQ.

Note: If you do not have an ActionID account please open a New Ticket to request one.

Click the Log In  button.

Next you may be sent a one-time pin to the mobile device that you setup for two-factor authentication. 

Next, enter the 6-digit code that you wi;; receive to your mobile device and click the  Continue  button.
   
UPDATE : TGP VAN has recently (3/30/21) updated the login screens for ActionID and have added an additional two-factor option 

At your first login after the update you will be presented with a 24-digit recovery token.  Please copy and save this token for future use in the event you do not have your mobile device with you to enter the one-time pin.

Note: TDP VAN requires ALL USERS to login using their ActionID with two-factor authentication enabled. DO NOT click on or enter the fields under "Do you have an account name? v" dropdown.

Finally, If you have multiple VAN accounts linked to your ActionID you will see a splash page asking you to select which VAN Account Name you are logging in as. Choose the account signified with (Bexar Co) at the end and click Next.
